Blanchemanche kindly requests you to complete the online intake form - so all juicy wishes & details of your project will be known. Depending on the complexity of your project, sometimes it might be useful to arrange a follow-up conversation so you receive an accurate proposal with a firm idea of total costs upfront.

**Quote is valid for 14 days from the date of receiving your proposal.

After receiving an agreement on the proposal, you are guided through a pre-production process that's completely sealed and waterproof. It’s an excellent way to give you a big trust on what the final outcome will look like. Through a complete strategic moodboard plan that translates your branding idenity & product purposes: Shotlist, art Direction & concept, prop source, backdrops selection, general look & feel of the product shoot, type of lightning, materials or else.
But think also about the bizz part like: contract & planning, agreement on pre-production before shooting & sending your products with care.

Your content will be retouched and edited according to the pre-production plan you approved. During this stage, your product photo gallery will be prepared by some amazing retouching skills.

FAQS about Blanchemanche

Blanchemanche recommends booking at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance because of the importance of pre-production. After the shoot day it will take mostly 1/2 weeks for digital files to be available for viewing and downloading.
If you do have a deadline, please let Blanchemanche know! Depending on current workload and creative concept, Blanchemanche can work from here and will do anything to achieve your deadline.

Mostly yes! That's why Blanchemanche starts pre-production. During this phase Blanchemanche will dive into your brand & product. To get a creative direction including details of the shoot like contract, receiving products, planning, props, background & color palette. The creative direction consists of one or more moodboards.
Once everything is fleshed out, Blanchemanche will ask you to give a final approval on the board so Blanchemanche can get started on the shoot!
But to know exactly per image what it will look like in detail is not possible. Blanchemanche has noticed in the past that this results in a lack of creativity and missed the extra spontaneous sparkle on set. Blanchemanche's way of working has so far always delivered work that the customer expected without unpleasant surprises.

Due to the custom nature of photography, no refunds will be issued. This is why Blanchemanche starts with the pre-producion phase which is SO important to follow.

Not in general. Blanchemanche photographs everything in her own studio because everything is within reach here in terms of props and studio equipment. This allows Blanchemanche to take on projects from brands all over the world.
But of course there are exceptions, for example if you want more lifestyle product photos taken in a pink bathroom. Blanchemanche will assess the location whether it fits within her scope so that Blanchemanche can give you the best quality, just like in the studio. The location will have to be in the Netherlands, for beautiful locations contact Blanchemanche or come with a suggestion.

If you would like your products to be returned, then Blanchemanche asks you to send a shipping label to info@blanchemanche.com after the final payment and receipt of the product images.

A 50% deposit and a signed contract is required to lock in your shoot. Your content will be available to view and download when the final payment is made.

Over time, Blanchemanche has collected a large collection of modern props in all kinds of colors and shapes. Blanchemanche uses these when they fit your brand and vision - so you don't pay extra for this. This also applies to my large collection of backgrounds.
But it can happen that Blanchemanche doesn't have certain props and backgrounds in the studio yet. Think of specific brand colors, brand shapes or fresh ingredients. Blanchemanche purchases the items in consultation on your behalf and adds the receipt to your final invoice.

Because Blanchemanche only delivers work that has been taken care of down to the last detail, Blanchemanche does not give away raw files. So much digital magic happens during post-production that a raw file can never give a good impression to use for a selection.
